The highrise building is an iconic landmark for the entire development.  It is a narrow, rectangular building volume. based on the functional necessities of hotel and office space.  What makes the building design special are the cantilevers - The lower cantilever creates a weather protected and representative entrance area. The upper cantilever creates "The Bridge",  a representative sky lobby for the office headquarters. On top of the cantilevers outdoor terraces with plants and trees outline the green character of the building. The terrace theme is a main design feature for the  buildings and the landscape of the whole project.
