In the new town everything is water related – the city skyline faces the ocean, the harbor is center of the daily life, the design theme of the landscape is inspired by the waves, a river flows along its curvilinear way to the ocean shaping the urban form. The urban development is dense and intensive, opposed to the green nature surrounding the cluster.
