The offices are designed for several software companies and the complex will be a center for the district. The tower features a rounded glass façade, with the different tenants, the façade will have a chequered effect. The low buildings in contrast to the tower have stone façade. The ground functions have patios and roof windows to become a fifth façade from the view from the tower.
