Located in a large city in Iran, the building should become an element to show the upgrade of the district and the arrival of a futuristic urban element.

The large public lobby on the ground  floor relates to traditional arched Persian architecture. From here the visitors and residents can enter the towers. The seemingly row out of the base building and have an irregular floorplan. Towards the inside, de facades are rounded, towards the city a corner marks the outside of the block.
