The city park will provide a large green area for the city residents. Natural landscape varies with urban elements. From east to west, the main concept is to gradually transform from hard city elements into soft nature envrionment.

The main buildings are grouped along the „Boulevard Axis“, the façade towards the city, parallel to the main access street. In the park different attractions are linked together with the activity ribbon loop. A hill on the north side, a lake on the east side and the meadow in the center are the main landscape elements.
