The western one of the twin towers was meant to be tallest building in the city. The design consists of three towers, which like a Banyan Tree grow into each other and branch out again at the top. Functionally, the lower levels were increased in area to provide large lobbies, F&B and conference areas. In the middle, the tower is a typical office tower. To the top, were the hotel is located, more area per floor is needed to allocate the hotel facilities. Structurally, the tower is constructed with super-columns along the outer perimeter.
