The site is located in end of the “Public Service axis” . The continuation and extension of this axis to the Waterfront is the major urban design task. Our design aims to create a city ribbon with series of public spaces, connecting Jin river with Jilong hill.

The program is very dense - on the waterfront plot a Hotel/Office Twin Tower is connected to the Trade Fair/Congress building. On the second plot a residential complex with a commercial space towards the Urban Ribbon will be developed.
