Technology City is located in the north of the metropolitan area of Beijing. The park is part the Wenyue River Eco Axis. Cultural and Sport facilities should be designed on the edge of the Forest Park, as a transition between City and Landscape.

The main goal of our concept is to design these buildings and facilities, not as separated entities, but as a connected complex. As the space demand for the facilities is very high, only the parking facilities would occupy a large area of the plot the decision is to hide the traffic facilities underneath a green ramp, which also becomes the panoramic pedestrian connection between the buildings.
